DTEK One Click is a large-scale initiative by the DTEK Group focused on digitalizing its document management and transitioning to a paperless office. One of the primary areas of this program is the digitalization of HR services to ensure they are accessible to all employees, streamline the user experience, and enhance flexibility and mobility in employee interactions.
The project is being implemented in close collaboration with the MODUS X team, a Ukrainian IT company specializing in innovative digital solutions. MODUS X was responsible for developing the technological solutions for automating HR processes to provide employees with a convenient and multifunctional user experience.
Prior to the implementation of the HR digitalisation project, DTEK employees and HR managers faced numerous challenges:
The project’s strategic vision is to make HR services as accessible as possible to all company employees, particularly production specialists who previously did not have access.
As part of the digitalisation project, the MODUS X team has developed and improved a number of digital HR services on web and mobile platforms that are available 24/7 and are primarily focused on improving the user experience of employees and increasing the efficiency of their administration by HR.
The MODUS X team has developed a user-friendly interface for managing employees' personal information and services on DTEK's corporate portal.
"My Space contains personal information about the employee's position, including part-time positions; it also allows editing information, changing photos and adding contacts in social networks, etc.
In addition, My Space is a single window for accessing the updated HR Services: "Leave, Help, Dismissal, and current services such as Annual Performance Appraisal, Payroll, Remote Work Schedule, etc.

Holidays
MODUS X has integrated services for applying for leave in the mobile app and on the web platform.
The service provides information about the types of leave available to employees, as well as the limits for each type of leave. An exhaustive list of holidays in accordance with Ukrainian legislation is available for online application.
In the web version of the service on the corporate portal, you can apply for leave both at your main place of work and at a part-time job. The mobile application is currently only available for applying for leave at the main place of work. The service allows you to simultaneously create and approve several leave requests, which adds convenience and flexibility to your holiday planning.
We have introduced the “Leave schedules” functionality, which will allow us to abandon manual management of leave schedules and move to creating, approving and administering them in a single automated system.
Settlement letters
Thanks to the new solutions from MODUS X, employees can view their payslips through the company's mobile app on iOS and Android, which is especially convenient for production workers without access to computers.
When developing the service, we primarily focused on the needs of production specialists who, due to the nature of their work, do not have work computers. Previously, only office workers were able to view their payslips on the corporate portal, while production staff received them in hard copy on paper.

A new web service, Help, was developed and implemented on DTEK's corporate portal. The service is also available in DTEK's mobile application.
The new service has expanded the list of types of certificates available for ordering; added the ability for employees to order certificates both at their main place of work and part-time; and enabled them to notify the company of changes in their personal data and provide supporting documents online.
The enhanced service has a simple and intuitive interface, making the process of issuing certificates as comfortable and straightforward as possible. All an employee needs to do to order a certificate is to log in to the service on the portal, select the type of certificate required, specify a convenient way to receive it and submit an application.
